You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Merchandise must be in the original carton and in "like new" and sellable condition, with all parts, instruction manuals, and RMA number included. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued if this criteria is not met. 
  • Items that are damaged or showing excessive use are not returnable for a refund. 
  • Books must be returned in new condition or they will be refused. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipment costs to return merchandise. If a refund is requested, shipping and handling charges as listed on the invoice are non-refundable. 
  • Videotapes, DVDs and computer software are NOT returnable, unless found to be defective. 
  • Please include any instruction manuals, warranty cards, accessories (cords, adapters, remotes, etc.) when returning merchandise. 
  • Include a completed "Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy" form. 
  • Include a copy of the invoice. 
  • Wrap the box in brown paper, so the original box remains unaltered. 
  • Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the box.
